Hildegard

Indie singer/songwriter Helena Deland and deconstructed club producer Ouri arguably have the most contrasting musical backgrounds two artists can have. However, after only eight days in a studio together, their artistic visions mesh into a bigger-than-life mix of bass and vocals on their new group's self-titled debut, Hildegard.

Hildegard is an original take on art-pop that stemmed from the two's approaches to songwriting; what resulted was an album that breaks both pop and electronic conventions. Helena Deland's fragile but ominous vocals paired under Ouri's production simultaneously smooth and jagged production shapes the project as the duo's fragmented & hypnotizing dream world.
